An Awareness Seminar on Student Discipline Regulations on Campus for First-Year Students
In accordance with the curriculum prepared by the Dean of the College of Education at our university, the Department of Arabic Language, in cooperation with the Departments of University Psychological Counseling and Student Activities, held an awareness seminar on student discipline regulations on campus for first-year students. The seminar took place at 12:00 PM on Monday, December 22, 2025. The following individuals participated:
1- Asst. Prof. Dr. Muslim Shakir Jabr – Chairman.
2- Lect. Dr. Younis Shua'il Ajil – Lecturer.
3- Asst. Lect. Karrar Ibrahim Issa – Rapporteur.
The seminar addressed important regulations that students should be aware of during their university life. University regulations differ from school regulations in terms of attendance at lectures, respect for professors and fellow students, as well as students' rights and responsibilities according to the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

At the end of the seminar, questions and inquiries were raised by the attendees, including an intervention by the Assistant Dean of the College for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ratib Raheem Khadir, in which he urged the students to commit to attend lectures and raise the scientific level from the first day of their university journey in order to achieve the highest grades.
