Praise be to God, who taught by the pen, taught man what he did not know, and peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad and upon his family and companions.
With the dawn of the new academic year 2025–2026, it is my pleasure to extend my sincerest congratulations and best wishes to our students, our esteemed faculty members, and all administrative staff. I pray to God Almighty that this year will be filled with scientific and research achievements, and that each of us will attain the success and elevation we aspire to.
Over the past few years, Sawa University has witnessed significant qualitative steps in the fields of academic development, curriculum enhancement, and the promotion of a research environment, based on its vision of building a modern educational system capable of keeping pace with rapid scientific and knowledge advancements. We continue today on this path, working to improve the quality of academic programs and strengthen scientific partnerships with local and regional institutions. This effort contributes to the provision of educational outcomes that align with the requirements and challenges of the job market.
At the university, we believe that the student is the center of the educational process, and that our mission is to prepare a conscious and responsible generation, equipped with critical thinking tools and a spirit of innovation, capable of contributing to the service of their country and community. Therefore, we will continue to work on providing an inspiring university environment, one that respects diversity, encourages constructive dialogue, and offers the necessary support to develop students' academic and practical skills.
Our esteemed professors also play a pivotal role in enhancing the university's journey, as they are the cornerstone of the education process and knowledge building. We reaffirm our continuous support for them in the fields of scientific research and professional development projects, which contribute to elevating the level of academic performance and enhancing the university's standing among its peers.
We must not overlook the significant efforts of our administrative staff in supporting the educational process and providing the necessary means to ensure a smooth and highly effective workflow. With them, the system of success is completed, and with their dedication, achievement is realized.
In conclusion, we ask Allah Almighty to make this year a year of goodness and success, to grant our students the achievement of their aspirations, to bless them with a passion for knowledge and creativity, and to sustain our university's path of development and excellence in serving our beloved Iraq.
