Our University Enters the 2025 Arab University Rankings
Our university has achieved a new academic milestone by entering the 2025 Arab University Rankings issued by the Association of Arab Universities (AARU), thus securing its place among the top-ranked Arab universities in the region.
The Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Safaa Mustafa Al-Janabi, stated that our university is ranked 215th in the Arab world and 59th nationally in Iraq, achieving a total score of 122.1 points, according to the established ranking criteria.
He indicated that the university's results were distributed across the main ranking criteria as follows:
- Education: 35.1/300
- Scientific Research: 50.2/400
- Innovation: 18.2/150
- Community Service: 18.7/150
Al-Janabi emphasized that this achievement is a significant step in the university's journey toward strengthening its academic presence in the Arab world. It reflects the efforts exerted by the university's leadership, faculty, and administrative staff in developing the educational process, supporting scientific research, and fostering community engagement.
